Damn you Alarm


Huvaa komme dhuvahaku ehaa hendhunaa heylavvaane, What i do is just stop the alarm and try to sleep again. When i do that i go to office gadi jehigen, dhen boss hunnaane faadakah rulhi gadhavefa. So tell me guys a solution for this alarm vaa irah thedhuvaa hiyy vaa gotheh hehe common dont you guys hate it sometimes it ruins the wonderful dreams even. So DAMN YOU ALARM!

hehe.. theres no easy way about it.. Even though u may have been sleeping for 8 hours straight, the minute you are *forced* to wake up is the moment you feel the sleepiest.. weird I know but happens to me always..
What I do is just grit my teeth, and go through the motions of getting ready like a zombie till i have breakfast! :P
*mini wont the pleasant music make you want to pleasantly return to your dreams? :P I think if i heard a soothing kinda music I liked when i need to wake up, i would never make it to work on time. :D

I wake up in stages. Luckily I have a programmable alarm clock, one on which I can set multiple alarms and tune FM also.

What I do is set 3 alarms, 1st a short one that rings for 10s about 30mins before I need to get out of bed, 2nd is another 10s alarm at 15mins to "out of bed" and the final an FM tuned alarm 5 minutes beofre the "get out now" time.

I still hate to get out of bed......

It is a lot better if I don't have my late night adventures...........actually going to bed early enough to catch min of 8-10hrs shut eye.

I used to be able to wake up on my own without an alarm clock. Then, for some reason I cannot remember, I started to set an alarm on my cell phone before going to bed.
For a while I always woke up minutes before the alarm would go off. However, lately it seems that I have come to rely on my alarm and do not wake until it goes off. If I forget to set it the night before, I end up oversleeping and being late for school or college or elsewhere.

I think the trick to waking up naturally is simply do not set an alarm and tell urself that u have to wake up at time xyz knowing u do not have an alarm. ur body keeps track of time fairly accurately and it will wake u up when it is time. A good tip is if u wake up in the middle of the night, always check the time as a sort of way to re-sync ur body clock with the reality clock.

hehe.. no idea man... even a human alarm doesn't work for me... I'm a crazy sleeper.. heheh.. u guys wudn't wanna wake me up... happy new year.. cheers!!

i keep my phone just out of arms reach so tat i'll have to get up n walk to turn it off..also keep the most annoyin ringtone as the alarm..tat way u dont have to rediscover the miracles of the snooze button :P
